How should I store my bottle of Glenmorangie?
Unlike wine, whisky should be stored upright in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep the cork tightly sealed to prevent oxidation, which can alter the delicate flavor profile over time.
Do you offer international shipping for your whiskies?
We currently ship to select countries where local laws permit the direct delivery of alcohol. Please check our shipping policy at checkout to see if your region is eligible for delivery.
Are Glenmorangie whiskies gluten-free?
Yes, the distillation process removes gluten proteins from the grain. However, we recommend that individuals with extreme sensitivities consult a medical professional before consumption.
Can I track my order after it has been dispatched?
Once your order leaves our distillery, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your bottle arrives damaged or leaking, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Is an adult signature required for delivery?
Yes, all deliveries containing alcohol must be signed for by an adult of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. Couriers are required to verify identification upon arrival.
