At Glenmorangie, we strive to ensure every bottle reaches you in perfect condition; however, if your order is damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund. Please note that for safety reasons, we can only accept returns on food and beverage items if the original seal remains intact and the packaging is unopened.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our concierge team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate your return request.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage the unopened bottle in its original transit packaging to ensure it remains secure during return transit.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to be attached to the exterior of your parcel.
- 4.Refund Processing
After our cellar team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
